Terms and conditions

  • Free private parking, subject to availability;
  • Breakfast is served daily from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. in the Soft Place, our area of convenience and coexistence;
  • Free WIFI in all areas of the hotel;
  • Check-in 14:00 hrs, Check-out 12:00 hrs;
  • Child Policy: 01 child up to 06 (six) years as a courtesy, in the same apartment of the parents / guardians, this accommodated in the same bed of the parents;
  • For group locks please contact the reservations department directly to obtain the tariff for the occasion.
  • No show policy (no guest attendance): In case of no show, the 1st night will be charged. Not applicable for package periods, which will follow the policies of the period (non-refundable);
  • Deadline for cancellation without penalty: 48 hours before check-in (02 days); Not applicable for periods of packages, as there is a policy of greater restriction in the periods;
  • Forms of payment made available: direct to the hotel at check in (credit card, debit card or cash), or bank transfer / deposit. We do not accept checks.
